For production companies that want to take advantage of this scheme, Stardust Effects' new department in Athens could be a perfect choice. Production companies filming in Greece, or carrying out part of post-production there, can receive 40% refund on eligible production expenses. This arrangement also includes work with visual effects, which provides significant cost savings without compromising quality.

The cash rebate is paid to producers no later than six months after the completion of the production and/or post-production in Greece, provided that all prerequisites of the legislation have been met.
